StarCraft II – UK London Launch

What a blast, a nuclear blast to be exact. There was even a fire alarm going off.

We headed down to London Oxford Street to get all the opinions on the upcoming release of StarCraft 2, as well as get our copy of the game, obviously! Queues 1,500 long, people in crazy cosplay and some starcraft 2 cake made the night. It has been worth the 12 year wait! Some people were even getting older while they were queuing.

Joe Robinson from StrategyInformer.com was also there to give us the low-down on just how big this event was, he actually counted the crowd, he’s just that dedicated to his camera work, what a guy! Follow him on Twitter! (@Sinformer_joe)

It was also the debut of our new whipping boy here at the office, Alex has joined the ranks to be bringing you the news as well as big PC title reviews. Excellent. Follow him on Twitter! (@Xg247_Alex).

See you in 12 years!
