A More ‘Solid’ Reveal of Assassin’s Creed Revelations
Time to don your tabard and delve back into the ancient war between the Templar Knights and your buddies, the assassins. That's right Ezio Auditore returns this November in the fourth instalment of the popular Assassin's Creed franchise.
Assassin's Creed Revelations is described by publisher Ubisoft as a "pivotal chapter" in the franchise so something big is sure to come. So what are we going to get?
Well Ezio returns having the had a few games experience so theres new weapons like the 'hookblade' and new abilities like 'bomb crafting and an improved 'Eagle Sense'. But it isn't only Ezio returning. Altaïr also returns from the original Assassin's Creed game! There will also be more people in the game to experience including Yusuf Tazim - a fellow master assassin, soon to be huge Prince Suleiman and A STALKER! Well a woman falls for Ezio names Sofia Sorto.
Multiplayer returns with new maps, characters and game modes but the single player goes all the way to Constantinople in the 16th Century. Described as a "cauldron of cultures", you'll be flying and slicing around the Ottoman Empire's masterpiece of a city and you'll also get to go to the assassins mountain stronghold of Masyaf.
So November is that date to put in your diary for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC gamers. A teaser trailer is on the way with the main trailer coming out on June 7th. With this, Modern Warfare 3, Battlefield 3 and a rumoured Halo title coming, you're all going to have a very busy Christmas me thinks!
