If you are a member of the Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club then you already know this. For people who have pre-ordered the Duke Nukem Forever game or purchased the Game Of The Year edition of Borderlands, you'll get the first new multiplayer content for DNF absolutely free.
What it is, what it contains, how much it normally is and when it's going to be released, only The Duke knows. But he's not going to charge you for it. How nice of him!
Club members will also get access to the demo for DNF before anyone else as well. This is going to be released tomorrow!
