E3 2011 L!VE: Bing, Youtube and Xbox Live TV heading for Xbox 360
Microsoft have announced a great little idea. Voice search with Bing on Xbox 360. It's not just a gimmick either:
"Bing on Xbox searches Sky and Zune, as well as music, video and Xbox LIVE Marketplace to find exactly the entertainment you want to enjoy. With Bing on Xbox and Kinect for Xbox 360, you can effortlessly find the games, movies, TV shows, sports and music you want. You say it, Xbox finds it."
Sounds pretty good. That's because it is.
As well as making you be able to talk to you your Xbox like a butler, Microsoft "is building on its expansive catalogue of tens of thousands of movies and TV shows available on demand from Sky and Zune by bringing YouTube to Xbox 360". Yes, lolcats will invade your Xbox.
What more could you want from an entertainment system?
