Twitch TV’s Official Battlefield 3 Broadcast found running Call of Duty MW3 Ads
Looks like I gave it all away in the headline - Twitch TV's Official Battlefield 3 Broadcast has been found running Call of Duty MW3 Ads.
We noticed this when Treyarch's former community manager, Josh Olin, tweeted the following:
"MW3 ad playing on top of the official Battlefield Twitch TV broadcast... Love it."
That seems like a pretty aggressive ad campaign with unconfirmed reports saying that adverts are actually covering the broadcast.
This tweet didn't go unnoticed either, people have been replying to Olin's tweet with tweets in favour of the campaign, tweets against it, some flamers and someone even saying something about "cow manuer":

Aggressive advertising isn't a stranger to the games industry, particularly when it's between two games in direct competition and it's going to be interesting to see how of whether EA will react to this particular case.
