Bilzzard looking at in-game advertising for next MMO
Blizzard Entertainment have announed that they are considering putting having in-game advertising in their new MMO, which leads some people to believe it may have a more modern setting.
A Blizzard job ad was calling for applicants who could "work with major consumer brands to facilitate product placement and licensing within the world of Blizzard Entertainment's next-gen MMO that enhances the gameplay experience."
The MMO, codenamed Titan, will apparently have in-game advertisements, which means it is likely to be set in the modern day or more likely the future. Blizzard have described the project as its "next-gen MMO" and say it may even be bigger and better than World of Warcraft.
