Pokemon Black & White 2 Pre Orders hit 1.16 million
Pokemon Black and White 2 has already got over a million pre-orders.
Japan saw the release of Pokemon Black and White 2 yesterday and already it seems that the games will already break the one million units barrier as the DS game has already had more than that many pre-order requests, according to Yahoo Japan.
Both Pokemon Black and Pokemon White were huge successes in and out of Japan. The previous installments to the series went on to sell over 10 million copies worldwide, says Gematsu. Nintendos latest installment is expected to break that.
Both games are being released on the original DS and look very similar to the original Black and White. Nintendo have said however that the sequel will have "plenty of new surprises".
The games have been rated 36/40 by a review on Famitsu and the European release dates for them is set between September and December, just in time for the Christmas rush.
